**Bushings are custom-machined using the exact measurements from the original propeller production. That said, because the mating steel parts might also be partially worn, a small amount of residual clearance could still remain. Please note that fitting these custom-machined bushings may still require some minor adjustment and deburring on-site, which can easily be done using a file, sandpaper, and a lathe.
In case you want to eliminate any play completely, either ship the propeller back to our workshop for a full factory overhaul (which guarantees a perfect, state-of-the-art fit), or ask us to ship you oversized bushings to be custom-machined on-site by a local machine shop to match the current wear.
